For some reason i get a lot of emails in outlook from banks i don't even have an account with. Does that count as phishing? Also what about those stupid ebay/paypal emails you get?

Yep, theyre all classed as phishing. if you hover over the links, you'll see it usually points at something like
(random server number goes here, followed by a page called chasebank/paypal/ebay etc).
never click the links, as many of these sites will attempt to install garbage and keyloggers too.
just submit those sites and the Phishbustaz will get jiggy with it, yo.

Does tons of random Japanese email I don't understand count as phishing? I can't make heads or tails of them...
