imho, its certainly one of the stupidest installs i've seen. and most sickening. how many poor sods could end up with UA garbage on their PC as a result of this thing? not to mention the poor bloody kids, of course.
There used to be a school of thought that said it was very easy to "stumble" onto UA porn. I never bought it, especially when wading through tons of porno sites to get to infections. in my experience, a lot of the time you had to physically go *looking* for the stuff to find it.

I hate to argue with you, but those are NOT child porn sites. They are CHILD NUDITY sites, perfectly legal by the DOST factors in the United States of America, because they show NO sexual contact or sexual acts.
How do I know? Because I sent an e-mail to the FBI about them one time, and was told they are NOT child porn, the Supreme Court said they were not UNLESS they focused solely on the genitals of the child involved.
These are no worse or better than the David Hamilton and Jock Sturges pictures, that were said to be legally protected free speech.

In addition, mere nudity of a child in an image can be considered illegal in many countries, regardless of whether genitals are displayed or not. Some countries will also consider sites illegal where it is simply *implied* that the people depicted are under a certain age, even when in reality they are 18 or over.
Using the UK as an example, our definition is simply anything "indecent". The interpretation of that is judged case by case.
The Yapbrowser people would likely be in trouble through our vaguely defined indecency laws, long before you even got to the kiddy stuff definitions. From the iwf website, their definition of illegal:
It means any images of children, apparently under 18 years old, involved in sexual activity or posed to be sexually provocative *and include images depicting nudity or erotic posing, with no sexual activity.*
In fact, the one place where a lot of this stuff is protected most seems to be the US.
Estdomains / intercage are once again in the background, try googling some of the websites listed in the video - you'll see links to stacks of underage porn sites, some well known, actively promoting their material as:
"lolita sex, russian lolita, free lolita, little lolita, lolita porn, lolita bb number,young lolita, lolita picture, nude lolita, preteen lolita, ..."
And that's taken directly from the site that is forwarded to from yapbrowser ...X-Treme Lolitas.
Any defence of this stuff falls flat on its face. Especially when the Yapbrowser sites have now been pulled.
In fact, Google some of the names of the groups / movies on offer. They're splattered across UA porn sites galore.

Also, there are the broader moral implications of this - average end-user innocently download the app, runs it and finds a whole bunch of naked kids with "lolita preteens" and the like splashed all over the place.
Even in a situation where some pics of kids flashed up and it was shown that the pics WERE legal, it just isn't right. Does the average end-user want anything even remotely resembling that popping up on their desktop?

You want to protect children, make child porn and child sexual contact with adults and others legal and HIGHLY regulated, to make sure children are not being forced into the sexual acts they are being filmed in or participating in.
