What is PG's stand on this ?
My stand on this is that the quote from Bash is awesome, and I also think proclaiming you're going to save the world from spam then collapse in a heap five minutes later is pretty stupid and sends out the wrong message.
One of those put up or shut up things.
Maybe its time the corporate bigwigs sponsored a mega scale 'kill the spammer' program . I am sure PG would love to be appointed to head the holy mission 
make it a "points for prizes" thing and I'm in.
What? PG, you won't settle for universal acclaim and admiration, name in lights, de facto leadership of the Net for as long as you live? OTOH, maybe we should send the ninrates after them.

as to the Spammers attacking that Site im not really surprised Blue Security was cutting into their Profit Margin and that Is not allowed the only real way to stop Spammers is to attack the Semi legal Servers they us and keep attacking them Problem is that everyone has to Sleep ,
but its the only way the servers have to understand that if they host spammers they will be attacked

I agree with milligan. Take them to the mattresses and maybe then they will understand. That would cut down on the phishing being done to 80% of my spam ends up being phishing expedition.
It's a sad day indeed. They went from an unknown to being a herosome company (despite some mistakes made like the 404 page redirected to their blog). To throw in the towel instead of using their newfound fame for greater things - it just backs up the thought that we are losing World War III (The World vs Malware).
