That's some nasty stuff. Notice the domains shown are registered through ESTdomains, the sister company of Esthost/Inhoster/Atrivo/InterCage, known to be malware-friendly.

From the description, the obvious first line of defense is to disable JavaScript in whatever browser(s) you have.

I'm convinced that any site which uses obfuscated JavaScript should be red-flagged by SiteAdvisor, or somebody.
