Ah, that thing. It appears to be something to do with the domain mapping. Sometimes it just borks for no reason - it'll come back eventually. It should do, anyway. Maybe its geographical or something. I have it up here and its working fine :S

This is really weird, because I know lots of people in the US who can see the site just fine - yet (almost) everyone who complains about this is based in the States :S
