Having been to Mainland China a few years ago i noticed that with the Mainland Chinese unlike their Hong Kong counterparts that Secrecy is the Norm its what they do even the simplest of Commercial transaction is bound up in coded documents and seals and Cyphers but then after all the Chinese did invent the first real Codes and Cyphers
