A Revolution is the Solution

The Porn was still on the Computer the Next day ?
and then when they Investigated the Computer no porn was Found ?
Ok this is getting more confusing by the moment,
Either the Porn was on the system or it was not ?
Why did not 1 member of staff choose to help her ?
Does that Cop Really know anything About Computers ?
If im Certain of 1 thing in this Case its that Julie Amero is Guilty of only 1 thing
And thats Having a total Jerk as Defence

Gravatar Reading about the links changing colours is truly horrible. They should not be talking about things they do not understand. Cause and effect confusion is common when argumenting. "If Julie Amero clicks a link, it changes colour" does NOT imply that "if a link changes colour, Julie Amero clicked it". The link changes colour because it was somehow visited by the computer. If a porn popup malware opens the link, it will still appear as clicked on, because it has been visited by the computer. Why don't they use specialists in this court???

Gravatar I'd dearly love to see the index.dat files from the prosecuting attourneys home computers.

Or from their office computers, for that matter.

Dreadfully ironic that a *teacher* is being so wrongfully disgraced by utter ignorance. :-(

Gravatar You know, the more I read of this case, the more that stinks to high heaven.

There's more here than meets the eye. I'm sure of it.

Gravatar I apologise if this appears more than once - HaloScan is acting very strange this afternoon - no submit confirmations, time-outs etc.

The "Full download" of the trial transcripts consisted of a decidedly unfriendly and large PDF. I have run that PDF document through an OCR program. The resultant textual version of the transcript may be a little more accessible (only ~350 Kb) and is definitely searchable. The text version can be downloaded here:

http://members.shaw.ca/dawailer/ ..._Transcript.txt

For those who download this, please remember that optical recognition is not an exact science - there may be some minor errors present in this version, but I've tried to keep them to a minimum.

BTW, in the course of proof-reading almost every word in this document, I thought it was humourous that my OCR program repeatedly mistook "Your Honor" for "Your Bonor". Fitting.
