A Revolution is the Solution

Good point on the numbers PG.
I frequently post links back to that blog. Typically there is great info on it, but the last paragraph makes it read like an ad for their products more than anything else. Which I suppose is thier prerogative to do.
I for one would like to know the exact search query that brought up that many hits.
.cn abuse is on the rise all over. I see it in Blogspot every single day. Alot of them are dead links, but one figures it's dead because they're waiting to be activated. Many or brand new, days or weeks old, some a few months.
Also seeing more forum spammers using .cn domains to register. All the others have been 'outed' for so long most forums just domain ban 'em. Like me :D

How bizarre, just seen your update. gotta say, the way they cropped the search result does the entry no favors at all and actually makes it all look a bit, i dunno....fast and loose? if i could verify a claim regarding "millions" id sure as hell make sure i presented the facts, or at least allow readers to perform the search themselves. i cant see the harm in replicating the search on myspace for crying out loud.
and blanking out the word "myspace" in the first image and not even wanting to say the companies name? thats just odd.

So how did this link spread? Myspace now filters EVERYTHING through their msplinks site.

Apparently they're relying on you to cut and paste the full URL into the browser. There's some other thing involving anchors that cuts right through the msplinks thing, but I haven't read much about it. I think it's mentioned in the article I linked to though.
