I think I might sign up to their forums and play along with their little games. You know, pretend like I'm a sucka who's going to fall for one of their pranks/scams.
Or maybe I should encourage them to post blatent illegal activites, then call the fuzz on their asses. There's an easy way to do it with people like this: rub their ego. Tell them how much rimming they'll get for showing off their illegal escapades, and how "brilliant" and "uber-cool" they are, and Bob's your mother's brother.

I am in the chat section. Asked "Rahul" a series fo Q's. He then asked me to give him a minute whilst he looks into it all. 30 mins later with no reply he then left the session.
He has just joined again with no answer.

Browsing through this site for a matter of five minutes I've found various phishing tools, hacked programs, keyloggers, it even has a "Script/Hacking Progarms" sub-forum.
This site was taken offline once prior for this exact behavior, just how many free passes does a site get before you shut them down permanently?
I am requesting this site be taken down and KEPT offline for hosting content that violates several laws. It is blatantly hosting information that you have stated is against your TOS.
Please explain to me why this site is back online and how long it will be before you take it offline and refuse to restore it?
I;ve submitted as ticket too, and asked if they can be held responsible in some way, because AFAIC, they are aiding and abetting his activities and perhaps the local authorites need be alerted to their continued hosting of such inforamtion.

That is called entrapment, will likely make it impossible for the police to act - the courts look down on entrapment and will throw charges out of court under such circumstances.
