A Revolution is the Solution

what a totally Annoying person
I quote *There were no bungling school district administrators*
the hell there were not that Computer was it seems in no Way protected from the Trojan that it got infected with,
And to Say that she should have Thrown a coat over the offending machine is Insane she was told not to Switch it off or Interfere with it
So what planet is this guy on and is it Nice there ...

Gravatar I'm muttering, I'd write here what I'm muttering but its offensive.

I want a badge that says either

"PG's posse"

or

"Amero's assbeaterx"

I'm muttering some more

Gravatar Oh and PG, for the record, I think an outpouring of technical savvy people screaming across every web site in that community will only help her. The defense should be able to garner a lot more details of spyware and how to present its case BECAUSE of each post presented.

Gravatar A couple other education-related blogs that originate in that part of the country, covering this story: http://educationwonk.blogspot.co...y- computer.html
Read and add to the comments - there are more folks chiming in there that think proof of malware is some kind of "twinkie defence" (what an absolute crock!),
And a voice of sanity, Frank Krasicki, who blogs at http://region19.blogspot.com/.

Let's get louder, folks!

Gravatar Hmmm. Odd. The link to Daniel Axelrod's "Enough" essay seems to be broken. The error says, "Not Found", but I reckon it more correctly ought to say, "Too many people with actual grey matter between their ears have seen through the shoddy reporting/investigation and called me on it, so I'll expunge the page and pretend I never said it".

Gravatar The blog entry seems to have been expunged. Was it the comments which ripped into the author or has Julie finally got a good lawyer who is slapping injunctions on comments that allege even more serious crimes than Julie was actually convicted of? (The Norwich Bulletin reported that Julie 'exposed' children to images; Axelrod went beyond that and claimed in the blog that she 'showed' images to children.
Somebody really needs to grab a Google cache of the blog entry and the comments so Axelrod can be held to account when the truth comes out.
