no idea, presumably they'll apply the same criteria for "false advertising" that they would in real life - but having said that, it's possibly going to be a LOT harder to police online content. Then again, it depends how obvious the people doing it are...

Point taken Pg advertising law is so Complex anyway and can you imagine a Net based company in the states targeting Africa with false advertising,
who's going to police it and if there is a trial where would it be held ??
