Looks to me like it's a hacked account -- six pictures of Muslim figures with Arabic text in November 2006, then the account goes silent until March 2007, when the spam begins.

Yup, there's a few others I've seen that follow the same pattern today - normal pictures up to a certain point, then bam - lots of penis extensions and boobs all over the place.
