> In summary, Gustav Mahler rox my sox. You should consider letting him rock yours, too.
"It's people like that who make you realize how little you've accomplished."
> Social Engineering is still the best and easiest way to nail someone, and they need to do a LOT more to tackle this than a slightly screwy anti-phish toolbar and a zillion popups that keep asking you if you REALLY want to install something.
Like, for example, configuring Windows Mail by default to save all e-mail file attachments with only Read and Write file permissions, not Read & Execute file permission? Microsoft still do not get that factory-default, filesystem-level roadblocks need to be put in the way of end-users running executable file attachments, and that what Microsoft define as "blocking" the reception &/or execution of such in the mail client won't cut it.

...wow, they didn't do that with Vista? Like I said, I've only had the briefest of plays with it but what I saw in that short time didn't really cut the mustard. You just added a few more nails in that coffin methinks!
As for Alma, her book Gustav Mahler: Memories and Letters is an awesome read. Vaguely hard to get hold of in regular bookshops but if you see it on EBay, well worth picking up.

If they did, I can't find any documentation of it. Love to be proved wrong, though...
