1 shes innocent all changes should be dropped
2 total Stitch up should not have gone to court in the first place
3 she's a twit who should not have been left with Kids
4 lets hang her at high noon in the town Square over a pile of burning Computers ...

Why has no one blamed the school IT bods for even allowing such sites to be shown regardless of adware etc?

This case is no only shocking, but proves one major flaw. You can only tell a site was visited and not whether any installed malware sent the user there or not.
But then again there's no mention of malware being found is there? Covering ass springs to mind, which leads us full circle to the school and IT bods. Funny that!
Well done PG on all your work, not just security related, but fighting for the little guys too!
From what i have read there seems to have been No IT help on site Plus the school Staff could not be bothered to download the Lastest Updates or even change the Settings ..
this it seems to me is like Getting a Car serviced the Mechanic forgetting to replace the Wheel nuts, And the driver getting blamed for the crash
on the Grounds they should have Noticed ..
Sentencing Postponed Which seems a little odd
Perhaps someone is having second thoughts
The Julie Amero Case seems to be reaching a Farcical Stage it Appears that the Sentencing stage of the trial will in effect be another court case with Prosecution and defence Arguing about how much Jail time Julie should get ? But in this Stage the Defence will be allowed to Call in Experts to Testify on the Malware on the Computer and the effects on it,
Now you have to ask why this was not allowed During the trial?
