My thoughts exactly milligansghost. Let's not forget about the hacked sites on Chinese servers hosting phishing pages, and sites selling drugs like enlargers with rat droppings in them.

All operating in Mainland china more or less with Chinese government consent As most of this activity generates cold hard cash the Communist government seem less than interested in shutting them down..
