I don't understand this... After World seems to be an independant animated series. I watched all the episodes there are, and I just don't see why trojans would be added to this. It doesn't make sense. Anyway, I found the video you described, and it didn't come with anything. As I said - Confused.
Well, as anonymous pointed out, the article I linked to has been altered - from what I can see, its a case of being a touch too enthusiastic to attribute the problem to actual Youtube .flv movie files.
To me, it looks like a more accurate description would be that the infection in question comes from somewhere other than youtube, but (for whatever reason) just happens to open up that particular page on Youtube containing that videoclip while the infection files work in the background. We've certainly seen odd programs open up youtube movies before while strange things happen behind the scenes, but no infections come directly from the movie files.
