Problem is he became addicted to it all. Will this really be the last we see of him?

Would now be a good time to say BOO-ya?
Because it sure seems like it.
Of course, he was only a script kiddie. But making people cry for writing malware, that has got to be one of your favorite things, given the reason you got into this line of work.
Strong work.

Brilliant. It's always fun to see drama in overreacting script kiddies. But it's likely it will return. Constant vigilence!

seems like the guy might have genuinely learned his lesson.. sad thing is its just as likely that he'll now learn how to do the same shit, only actually keep it on the D-L this time.
hopefully he's actually realized that he should be putting his skills towards something good, and not just that he needs to be more careful!

We need some super heros to wire a virus to wipe out Mr Gates before his entourage of crappy PC's with spammers, vulnerable machines and viruses brings the net to a screaming halt. The biggest Telco in Australia Telstra get 30 million email viruses a day equivalent to 21gb of garbage, it is almost an environmental issue because they have to put in more servers every year just to deal with it. A partner and I run a web hosting company using US and Australian servers and the amount of spam we get into our servers is choking us. Also we get Joe jobs thrown at the mail server with 271 simultaneous connections meaning our customers customers are getting denial of service replies. This is plainly because spammers and attackers are using compromised Windows machines around the globe. So we need someone to write a clever peace of code that detects if your machine is one that is being used for this purpose and WIPE the HARD DRIVE. This way the user will either pay for Widows, move to another OS, or install a virus checker. Imagine one day getting on the net to find that your speed has doubled and you did not get 1 penis extension email. Go the white knights of virus writing
