Nothing like a little creative stupidity to get a nice big goevernment budget raise is there Oh boy you can see somebody didnt think this one out,
An example would be a buddy of mine who lives in a major city in the the UK he has access to at least 100 unprotected systems via WiFi so all he would have to do is download via that system and Bam that user gets the blame,
