A Revolution is the Solution

Gravatar wth....whats the deal with the credit and still ask to download "spyhunter." also: "...your system scan will be transmitted to enigma software..." nothing really nice to see.

mhhm its 1515 hrs and all i can think of atm is "wtf" lol.

Gravatar Negative credit is what ESG has gathered up over their entire existance of being on teh Tubes.

Nothing they provide has any positive value to it what so ever.

So in theory, the scan should set off all kinds of bells and whistles for tier own software on the system.

Enigma is not in the credit business and Enigma has not been spoofed. There are false statements and images on the webpage you are using as a reference: http://certifiedbug.com/blog/200...re-payday-loan/ . There are images suggesting to readers of your site that our web site and servers have been compromised. And that our software is scanning for bad credit and offering pay day loans.

The image suggesting that SpyHunter will scan the Entire computer to detect negative credit is a fake image. It was never on our servers.

As far as the URL and title referenced in the article. Our pages are dynamically generated, where you can pass parameters and the page will have the title and other keywords based on the querystring keyword or phrase passthrought it. For example, in the page you are describing http://www.enigmasoftware.com/sp...info.php? n=xxxx will change the content inside the title tags xxxx. This is a common practice in most dynmaically generated content on most content management systems.

Someone created an account on a china expatriate forum that made only one post with a link on this page http://www.alloexpat.com/ china_e...ember56188.html to a non-existent page on our server which was then dynamically generated. The page, which subsequently showed up in Google. Has text relating to Payday Loans.

This whole situation then became blown out of proportion with someone under the alias of JeanInMontana making accusations that we are using data that we collect for phishing and Spam. These accusations are false and entirely basesless.

Enigma Software Group USA, LLC is not in the loan business. Since April 15, 2008, the SpyHunter® software business has been conducted by Enigma Software Group USA, LLC, a privately-held company.

On April 14, 2008, control of the publicly-held corporation previously known as Enigma Software Group, Inc. (OTCBB: ENGM) was acquired by its lender, as a result of Enigma Software Group, Inc. (OTCBB: ENGM) being in default on its loan obligations to that lender. Subsequently, Enigma Software Group, Inc. (OTCBB: ENGM) acquired Tool City, which is engaged in the business of providing title and auto pawn loans against the equity in vehicle owner’s cars.

On April 15, 2008, Enigma Software Group, Inc. (OTCBB:ENGM) exited the software business by transferring substantially all of the assets of such business to Enigma Software Group USA, LLC, (a Connecticut limited liability company) owned by former employees of Enigma Software Group, Inc. (OTCBB:ENGM).

Enigma Software Group USA, LLC also assumed substantially all of the liabilities of Enigma Software Group, Inc. (OTCBB:ENGM), excluding the loan obligations and interest due thereon to the former lenders.

Effective April 22, 2008, Enigma Software Group, Inc. (OTCBB:ENGM) changed its corporate name from Enigma Software Group, Inc. to City Loan, Inc (OTCBB: ENGM). On April 24, 2008, City Loan, Inc. (OTCBB: ENGM) requested a new ticker symbol from NASDAQ, which as of this date has not yet been assigned.

In summary, neither Enigma Software Group USA, LLC, (a Connecticut limited liability company) nor its members are in any way affiliated with City Loan, Inc. (OTCBB: ENGM). We are not in the loan business, we are in the software business and SpyHunter® is our principal product.

Gravatar Also there is a quote on your site, "With that in mind, check out what my pal Tashi happened to see a few days back on their site."

Someone on that site claimed this image existed on our servers:

http://certifiedbug.com/blog/wp- ...masoftware4.png

The image is fake. Your "pal" is spreading false rumors.

Gravatar Thank you for attempting to clear up the confusion over name changes. However, linking to those Sec.gov articles doesn't really help as

1) they're american legal documents and not likely to make much sense to anyone outside of america and

2) i'm not a lawyer or trained in reading such documents - I doubt anyone else reading this is either.

Putting all of that aside, with reference to this:

http://biz.yahoo.com/e/080428/en...engm.ob8- k.html

specifically this:

"Effective April 22, 2008, Enigma Software Group, Inc. (the "Company") changed its corporate name from Enigma Software Group, Inc. to City Loan, Inc."

Is this correct or incorrect? If incorrect, why is that so? It claims one thing, yet you seem to be saying its not right?

Gravatar Enigma is not affiliated with City Loan. They are 2 separate companies. None of the officers or other personnel are employed by or shareholders or in any way connected to city loan.

The documents explain all of this. If you can't read or interpret them you should be cautious about spreading false rumors regarding their content. As your commentary is cuerrently under legal review by our attorneys both in your country and in ours.

The facts are Enigma Software Group USA, LLC is one company City loan is another.

Gravatar Your question was already explained if you read my previous post

Gravatar "The documents explain all of this. If you can't read or interpret them you should be cautious about spreading false rumors regarding their content. As your commentary is cuerrently under legal review by our attorneys both in your country and in ours."

Something was posted to the internet which seemed to state your company was changing its name.

There is nothing wrong with questioning if this is actually correct or not, which was the reason for posting in the first place.

Gravatar On your front page you wrote:

"/ Addendum: Enigma Software have posted in the comments section, and have stated that despite the article on Yahoo, they have apparently not in fact changed their name."

I explained this before and provided links for further reference.
I will try to explain this as simply as possible again. Because what you are writing about Enigma Software Group, Inc. is misleading.

Enigma Software Group USA, LLC bought SpyHunter and the security software business from Enigma Software Group, Inc. Then we all resigned from the company, and the shell of a the business has become something else (City Loan). So yes the name changed but that company is in no way affiliated with the Security Software Business.

None of the employees, officers, directors or shareholders of Enigma Software Group USA, LLC are in any way involved, employed, affiliated or associated with City Loan.

I recommend being careful how you word the addendum.

Gravatar I would also add, perhaps it would be beneficial to work with Tashi with regards catching and shutting down the spammer and / or spammers that have been doing these things. As they are clearly posting to a number of sites and blogs with their spam, it seems this is a good opportunity to work together, collect some data and try and get them shut down for good.

Gravatar I have changed the addendum and quoted you directly as you have stated above, I hope this is now satisfactory? Your most recent explanation *is* a lot clearer and I appreciate it.

Gravatar Thank you
