If the government was involved, this incident is at once an indication of how much better we have it in the United States, and how much worse it can get.
Oh, but in America, the Government wouldn't have to do it. Just a Patriotic citizen using their Own resources.
That's Free Enterprise which, of course, amounts to the same thing when necessary...
