I feel the same way - I can't believe anyone could be that paralyzed by a phobia. I mean, I have a couple (hate driving over bediges - walking is fine, just not driving), but I do it if I have to. And that one - it's 30 seconds of your life. It won't hurt you (everyone that walked out of it is testimony to that), yet she could not wrap her head around it. Wow.
I may not have liked what BE did, but it is a race, after all - do what you gotta do...
