Gravatar The dogs where I lived in Maine used to be like this, unfortunately, not everyone takes care of their dogs and they don't spay and neuter them, so now the island has a problem with wild dog packs. The packs are attacking sheep and other dogs, shame really.

Gravatar There are eight or nine specifically, all seem to be tagged and collared. They don't have a problem in the small town with unwanted puppies. I think most belong to the professors at the university and they live either on or in very close proximity to the school. They are shared pets.
