I'm so glad to hear that Max seems to be tolerating the chemo well...that prednisone will put the weight on though. I remember when I was taking gobs of it...all kinds of energy. Some of the teachers wanted what I was taking.

Sorry about that, Elizabeth. I just went to your website and saw that you are a professor in PA. Those FAFSA forms are the lovely forms that one fills out to determine eligibility for college loans, etc. Perhaps from your end, you're not involved with that. I apologize for my cheeky remark above. I meant it to be funny.

Yeccch. Fafsa. nasty, nasty. Jenny's scholarship is totally grade based so the fafsa is just a reuqired formaility/headache inducer. Remember that Lindt bar you pictured the other day? I say go for it.

ARRGHHH, FAFSA is right. And that's the 3 million dollar question- WHY does it have to be deadlined so far before tax deadline when it's all about taxes? Ignore the father part-she's your dependent and so only your income has to count. Be sure and fill out that line about your black lung benefits. Very important.
As for Max- that's ALL good news. A fast response!
I'm glad for you all because he is just about the cutest, sweetest dog around. And I like him shaggy.

Good move on calling his oncologist about they vaccinations. They could present a problem because chemo affects the immune system. (Believe it or not, the same thing warning applies to teeth cleanings.)

No matter what the future may hold for Max, every day he's happy is a good one.
