Gravatar You are too much. This really should be published in a book. You are a woman of many talents.

Gravatar This is one of my most favorite Blog Saga's, EVER! Seriously, R. it is so amazing to have followed this story from when you first posted the very first installment to now and the "mpre to cme"....I had never before been privy to the life of a Pumpkin from seeds to finished beauty all Big and Orange!!!"
I thank you so much for sharing all of this with all of us! AND, CONGRATULATIONS!!!

And,

HAPPY HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Gravatar I feel as though I have a bit of pumpkin mania. . They do look so very lovely.

Gravatar Those pumpkins look great, SRP. I hope the ones left on the vine fared well during trick-or-treating.

Gravatar That's a lovely harvest you have there, Roxanne. And all from a few seeds your daughter had put away. Amazing.

Off topic: I LOVE Mallo cups too. I used to consume those sticky things every time I could scrape 5 cents together--obviously it was a long time ago. LOL And remember those cards that would come with them? Some kind of point thing. I love the taste of coconut so those things would drive me nuts--and the sugar content was off the charts! Yum.

Gravatar This is just too much fun. Great harvest, Charlie Brown! I love the vine growing up over the front shrubs- too bad you can't close the street to traffic.

It's true- this could make a delightful picture book/story. I trust we'll get a good recipe and pie picture out of this, too. I'm hoping that with your milder weather, this saga can continue for a while longer.

I had my pumpkin out and we got two little trick or treaters- Halloween is not the same in the big city! But since they live just two over I anticipated their coming and made pumpkin frosted cookies and candy apples. Later, all the adults in the building stood out on the sidewalk and finished off the treats and chatted.

Today it is SO COLD! We dropped 25 degrees!
