In my world, white flowers signify a purity of spirit that descends on me every time I look at my wife with our kids.
Lovely photo. Right now.. my entire world appears blanketed in white with few flowers of any colour in view.
I grew a fence full of moonflowers last year. You should try those, they are fast growers. In about 10 minutes time you can watch them change from a tight twist to an open pure white star.
Althoug its impractical, I'm drawn to those rooms furnished all in white. Its like living in a dream.

I'm sorry to hear about your moms tests. Mine has such a hard time getting around and it depresses her for days before even a check up. Her last one showed some small chemical issues, I don't remember exactly what but it took extra tests and in the end everything was ok and normal. If they checked MY blood pressure, now that might show them something.
Anyway, my best to your mom. I know it will be unpleasant.

To be anal about this, white doesn't exist as an object in the world so it need not go anywhere when the snow melts. It was never there--in the corporeal sense--in the first place.
There are few things prettier than a lily. So lovely!
I really love water lilies (it is the ancient Egyptian in me). You'd love moonflowers, SRP. you should plant some. The fragrance is transporting!
