That heart is so beautiful!
There are some polishing liquids on the market that might do the trick - they work so that you just dip the item into the stuff and voilá! it's clean again. If not, then a goldsmith can do the cleaning.

My favourite jewellery is silver too. I clean mine by leaving it in gin or vodka for 30 mins. That seems to bring it up lovely.

beautiful piece of jewellry - my friend swears by using only toothpaste and a soft cotton cloth to polish anything silver (and she's in the importing jewellry business, so I guess she must know something) -- she says any of the commercial silver polishes will ruin your silver jewellry.
