Gravatar Sounds like summertime in Queensland...

Gravatar A great description by mark twain and goes with your picture perfectly.

Gravatar Dramatic image of a stormy sky! I almost sense that black cloud moving across the white part of the photo and blanketing the rest of the sky.
Nice shot.
I love the Twain quotes - good choice.

Gravatar Yes, a little rain must fall, and it looks in your picture like some wind is really going to blow, too. Hope you didn't have to re-do your concrete!

Gravatar Great text from Mark Twain and so apt for your shot. I love the way stormy skies look but not so great when fresh concrete is poured.

Gravatar I hope it didn't damage anything. The weather people here said there was only a tiny chance of rain, but we had storms, thunder and lightning galore!

Gravatar What a lovely post. I'm sitting here wishing for thunderstorms. We got a weather alert for today, but so far have only got 3 drops. The storms have left the radar.

Nothing is more changeable than the weather

Gravatar So true. There are many construction workers wishing Ma Nature would ease up on the rain.

Amazing photo.

Gravatar That really looks like its going to pour! I am scared a little bit, of thunderstorms. We, in this part of the States, need so much rain. We have a shortage of rainfall, and in the summer time, brush fires abound.
Now as we celebrate the 4th, we hope for a safe one!

Gravatar thanks for stopping by my blog...i too, live in virginia outside roanoke.
beautiful capture.
we've been lucky to miss these last storms.
have a wonderful weekend.

Gravatar LOL, LOL....Indeed! You can count on it, every time!

Thanks for your Birthday Wishes, my dear....They were much appreciated...!

Gravatar Weather with vengence. Hope the patio is ok.
Have a great weekend.

Gravatar Love the picture and the story made me chuckle...I hope the concrete base is alright, though!

Gravatar Look more like a big storm to me, haha!
