Great choices for SOFT, especially Willow! She reminds me of Nermal, she must be great to cuddle up to on a cold night. BTW, we didn't get too much snow, the snow bank was only about two feet tall. Happy Hunting :D

Your representation is just really inspiring! I have to say that your photo of Willow is close to my heart, as I have a Himalayan, who is very soft and sweet too. Also - "Willow"....a beautiful name!
I played this week too...

You really made me soft with this wonderful memories and examples of SOFT.
I too, remember my grandmothers sense of quality when talking about Pillows: Must be Eiderdown Feathers, they told me. Unfortunately these wonderful birds are on the Red list of beeing eradicated, due to their feather.
And I agree, how could I forget a cat in this theme? Maybe I thought it was too obvious. How stuoid can only Vikings be..
I'll come back to that on Cats On Tuesdays or something other Soft.
Thanks for sharing and have wondeful weekend.

What a splendid collection of soft items that represent this week's theme . I remember the soft feather blankets we had in Germany. I miss them in the winter. As you know, the desert does get cold at night, especially in the wintertime. I love the story of the baby blanket. Thank you for sharing.
Have a blessed weekend.

So many great photos for this week's theme. Your grandmother's down bed sure sounds nice. She's pretty talented to make afghan's without a pattern.

Wow what a great set for the "soft" theme! You're so creative and I love your descriptions to go along. Boy I'd love to pet your kitty and hear her purr - she looks so content (and definitely soft) in this picture.

I think the photo of the thistle is magnificent, it's an oxymoron almost, isn't it, the soft fluffy head and then the prickly body... Great...
Love the cat too, I mean how could I not

I love pictures of your Ragdoll. My sister was an Int'l All-Breeds Cat Show judge, and she used to tell me how remarkably gentle, serene and devoted these cats can be.
And I love the other photos as well, esp. the feathers. I love that you put so much poetic thought into your Photo Hunt.
Great post.
