I am amazed at all the work that you did. I, too, hope that you get your asking price. I'm getting ready to do some improvements to my house, not planning to sell right now any time soon though.
Even though I would like to make a move to be nearer Ella, I find that the depressed market in Florida makes it next to impossible to sell.
How wonderful that your bephew was able to stay and help you out and give you lots of pointers.

I think I need to find myself a cousin David, too. My mind's brimming with things I want to do in my own house, but I need a friendly family member with the chops to make it happen.
