and poor miss scarlett! two full weeks! i can't even imagine, the poor dear. it must be so disorienting since cats depend so much on their whiskers for navigation! oh my.
she does look rather irritated in that 2nd pic...
i've been on thyroid meds for quite awhile...so my heart goes out to her, but in true cat fashion i'm sure she'll be quite a trouper (not that she'll turn down any extra attentions and ministrations, i'm sure!)

Poor Miss Scarlett. I am glad to hear that the surgery went well. She does look a little pitiful. I bet it does wonders for getting attention

Poor Scarlett ... I'm glad she's doing OK, though. My old kitty didn't cope well with a collar on, either. It is kind of undignified, don't you think !!

I'm glad to hear her surgery went well. She doesn't look very happy with the collar on.
Sending lots of healing purrs her way. Before long the stitches will be out and her tummy fur will grow back.
I hope she can enjoy the sunroom soon!

Poor thing I bet she is depressed. Cats have so much pride and if they think they look bad it does depress them. I bet she hates that collar. I'm really pulling for you Scarlet!

I can't imagine being a sick child or animal who doesn't understand what all is going on. It's hard enough when you're an adult and at least know in your head what's happening.
Ooh poor little Scarlett! It is the worst when pets and kids are sick because they are just so pathetic and they don't understand.
Having had a tummy surgery recently myself, I can totally relate to poor Miss Scarlett and her itchy tummy (which is going to come soon). I am so very glad I didn't have to wear a collar too.
Tell Miss S that the scar is under her bikini line, lol! Hope this solves a bit more of her issues!

Poor Miss Scarlet. White Kitty had an e-collar once and can sympathize with Miss Scarlett's dillemas. Hope she feels better soon.

Miss Scarlett....we have been so worried about you. I know you don't quite understand what happened or why but I do hope you know your Mom did what was truly best for you. You are such a sweet little lady, I hope you can adapt to the dreaded collar.
