Ah, Mr. Rhett! He hasn't aged a fur since we saw him back at the other house. Life appears to be treating him well. Those blue blue eyes, as beautiful as ever! I'll show Ms. Sophie the moment we finish our drive south from the U.P. today- although she still has one of the best photos of her heart throb right next to her bed on the wall.

I think your bluebird picture is the sweetest, clearest and nicest I've seen around this blog neighborhood- he does indeed look like a little present from the good Lord, himself. Thanks for that photo.

That blue sears itself into my subconscious. Great composition, too...it works on so many levels (yeah, I'm biased, being a sucker for anything furry and all. But the photo's power is apparent whether or not a sweet little being is part of one's life.)
