I agree with you! My husband and I wandered in there underdressed for lunch, had a wonderful meal for under $10 each, impeccable service, and no wait.

Once I catch up on the bills, I'm definitely going back before the secret gets out to the masses.

i remembered Bert's as a great restaurant when I lived in GBO, but was surprised to find it gone on my visit this weekend. ate at undercurrent, though and it was good. wished i'd seen your blog before my visit.
