I am glad to hear everyone treated you well. You deserve that attention and more. If you were from my neck of the woods I'd treat your whole family to a BBQ and get you more of your beer. I am very thankful for the most part the public treats Our Soldeirs just as that OUR SOLDIERS.
What a beautiful Chrstmas you would have to be home again..prayers for you Soldier.
Your wife deserves my prayers as well. She has that and my admiration. She is doing a great job and I am willing to bet she has a heart of gold. Bless you Soldier. I pray this next 6 months go by fast and uneventful.

I enjoyed reading your blod, thank you very much for sharing your life in iraq with the whole world.
I have to say that tears were streaming down my face as i read about your R&R. My husband has his in about 3 weeks and the antisipations is killing me, as i'm sure it is him too.
