Thanks for the links. I submitted my comments. I wish our gov't would put as much effort into developing solar and wind power as they do into developing more oil resources.

The native peoples are sovereign within their own lands. They can deal with the Doyan board however they please, including stripping them of power and position or removing them by "other" means if they won't leave willingly.

Yeah - and that sovereignty seems to be a here again, gone again concept. It works for the Feds and the States when they want to distance themselves from any Native problems - but it doesn't exist everytime they WANT something from them.
So how's that work for ya!
