Actually I'm not that surprised, I know that here in Calgary the Liberals have courted some of the stronger NDP candidates. Now, I wouldn't say that bribes were offered but there was some inquiries as to whether some people were willing to jump ship. Also, I've heard of Liberals courting organizers and campaign workers as well. Then again, when I was with the PC party as a teenager those kind of things went on as well. I think that the big parties just kind of go around raiding the smaller parties looking for good people.
