Why is it always a "remote" contingency that the Leftards will be booted from their official position while the much more mainstream group remains at the margins? I applaud what the Vatican is doing, but I wish they would go even farther and de-authorize the LCWR. These ladies wanna go beyond Christ and the Church? Let 'em. Why on earth should they still enjoy prestige and credibility as a canonical structure within the Church? By their own admission, they are no longer even interested in being Christian, let alone Catholic. Yet they still want the perks and the privileges of official status? Pah!

One of our first undertakings, obviously, is the promotion of the cause of Tomas de Torquemada, that sadly maligned and saintly soul of the renown Spanish Inquisition of blessed memory. Would that the Holy Office could once again inspire such dread and terror in the hearts of apostates and dissenters as it was able through the blessed ministrations of our beloved patron, Fr. Tomas!
