How about that bond, PDiddie? Would like to know who the DA is that set the bond at $888,888 cash, EACH for a Class B misdemeanor b/c my bet is the Greater Houston Partnership will be backing them for a race in the future.

I thought judges set bonds at arraignment. That DA's suggest an amount. Any lawyers reading along that can clarify?

Yeah you right, the judges set the bond but I believe the DAs do the asking. Correct me if I'm wrong though. I've been accused of being a lawyer but I'm most certainly not.
