just another day of Catholic pondering

Gravatar We also attended Library School as little kids. Nanny is absolutely right!

Gravatar Just remember, all of these characters in some way, make you who you are. Just like you say, as long as you don't let the bad parts about each character superceed the rest of them, you'll be OK. OK? OK! We love you just the way you are!

Gravatar How fun, Barb. I can just imagine the Little Brother stories...

Thanks, Wendy. Point taken, with gratitude.

Gravatar So crazy...I was working on a very similar blog entry that was inspired by Danielle Bean's recent post on personality and parenting. So many times I find myself questioning who I am and wishing I was more like this person or that person because then surely this whole mothering gig and life in general would be a whole lot easier. Instead, I should be focusing on the person that God made me to be and comparing myself only to his standards. Great post.

Gravatar Thanks, Kate. Mine was just inspired by, well, life. (Though I did read that post of Danielle's that you're referring to and it took me down a different path than where this post went.) I can't wait to read your post!

Gravatar What an insightful post, Sarah. The truth is none of us is "just one person." The trick is to successfully integrate it all into something wonderful for God.

I enjoy your blog so much (and all the Sarahs) that I included you in the first neme I've ever been a part of! I hope you'll visit!

Gravatar Well, thank you and thank you, Cathy. I'm notoriously terrible about keeping up with memes (though I am hoping to get myself caught up sometime...soon...which is a laughing matter, truth be told...), so just be warned. Thanks for your kind words and for visiting, and for the reminder. We are all many-faceted, true.
