Wonderful job Sarah! It's late and I'm too tired to read the great posts that are here so I'll do that tomorrow but you're "commentary" on them is beautiful. Welcome back to the hosting of the Catholic Carnival!

None of the links in the posts are working for me.

The problem with the links is that Sarah's website is in front of the blog addresses for the link. If you click on a link and then go to the end first. Take of the ". After that take out http://snoringscholar.blogspot.c...t.com/2008/01/
” the link should work. Well it did for my submission.
Thanks Sarah. Your post is very entertaining. I really like the theme.

*slapping my forehead (with my 'puter)* Therese, I went in and checked the code and found that problem, but if I had kept reading in my email and checked these comments FIRST, I would have saved a bit o' brainpower (every bit is precious, you know, because it's in such short supply when you're sleep-deprived!).
The links are all fixed, ladies, and THANK YOU! In making a pretty major across-the-board mistake like that, I find a community full of charity and helpfulness. God is good!
Blessings to you all!

Sarah - The carnival looks great - thanks for all your hard work! The links still aren't working for me - I'm getting a little bit of messy code left at the end of each link.
Thanks and God Bless!

Pardon me while I BEAT MYSELF ACROSS THE HEAD! I fixed the code...again...and THANK YOU, Alicia, for mentioning that. Now, I really REALLY have to get dressed and get the kids rounded up so we can go to work. You know, because blogging isn't what today's all about (well, the REST of today, anyway!).
Blessings, all!

I have often explained the concept of "Faith Without Works" to those espousing the St Joseph as a Realtor approach. Most, don't get it.
I'm glad you included Colleen's article. The one great thing about St Joseph articles is that it gives me an opportunity to share our Faith. The tradition of St Joseph is one of prayer.
...and prayer works.
Kudos to Colleen for a great reminder of the "wacky" traditions and Super Kudos to you, Sarah, for opening a "big tent" and fostering some of the non-traditional traditions.
I'm glad I found this Carnival.

Thanks, Easter - we think she's adorable too.
Brian, I'm so glad you enjoyed the Carnival and I'm glad you found it too! Your comments are wonderful, and you're right - prayer works! The problem so often is that we Catholics forget that a lot of the people observing us aren't Catholic, and we look pretty, um, strange with our "praying to dead people" and "burying statues" and lots of other things. Colleen's article was a great way to share a beautiful tradition and, maybe, open the door a bit to devotion to a wonderful saint (one of my favorites).
And, Brian, thanks for the congrats and well wishes.
