The title of your blog caught my attention..LOL...that's me. But I do square foot gardening so that is easy so I can afford to be lazy.

looks like the ducklings are developing minds of their own already! they followed ms. hen only so far, then she had to come back to them.

Jay- You can't change the nature of ducks. They will never be ducks that act like chickens. Once they have grown enough to be away from their foster mother, you won't be able to tell them from ducks raised by ducks.

Do the ducks ever learn to be ducks? I think it's funny the way the hen doesn't really know that those are not only not her's, but they're not even chickens!
But they sure are cute!
