That's silly.
But everyone knows that you can get high by smoking tabacco soaked in liquor. 
I'd not heard that one before.
But I still got the answer right.
personally I found when I didn't drink that if I drank a half of coke to every pint of my peers I would be totally jolly and 'drunk/high' off coke - enough to be equally silly as them drinking beer. I put it down to the extraordinarily high amount of sugar in it!
BW, You know better now, but I bet you might of believed it when you were a teenager.
