Cut through an electric hedgecutter cable without a power breaker in-line. Yep, I was lucky

Put my head out of an upstairs window of a double-decker bus, as it drove through the branches of a large tree at 30mph.
Riding my bike and looking a the back wheel to see if it's flat or not and then looking forward as I crashed head first into a trucks side mirror.
So, Ian, are you related to my sister, t? And, t, were you and Ian separated at birth? 
Reached across the very recently turned off engine of a lawmower to clear grass off it (sizzle)
Tried to line the car up at the petrol pump, got the angle wrong, wrrote off driver's side wing (crunch)
Pulled in too close to my sister's rear wheel at age 10 (snap of breaking front tooth and scrape of face on gravel)
Lay out in high sun- without sunscreen- for several hours in May 1986. (Crinkle of blisters on back). Did it again in July 2004 (the memory must have worn off)
The last is the one I regret the most at the moment...
