I thought I remembered you mentioning him. I have just discover Steve Earle, he reminds me of Bruce Springsteen but more authentic. Kind of like Woody Gunthrie in comparison to Bob Dylan. I have been listening to short segments of Earle's songs on Amazon.com but am not sure which album to buy first. What would you suggest?

nd you're right about the influences. Try to see him live - I've seen him twice this year. He's fabulous.
