That sounded like part of a quote so I looked it up and found:

Change is the constant, the signal for rebirth, the egg of the phoenix.

Change has also been the constant in my life and after reading this quote I see that it may not be a bad thing.

BW, I would change weather with you in a second. We need rain badly here and the lack of it, snow, and cold weather is hurting the winter wheat. If this keeps up there will not be a crop this spring.
