I saw your comment at Ronni's and I you've made an excellent presentation of what a threat this is! Thank you!!! I've written about it on my blog, too! I am outraged that the press is ignoring it and like you, I've written not only my senator but anyone else I can think of. This law is blatantly unconstitutional and we have to fight back.

Thank you, Kay. We do have to fight back. I think we as a country have become complacent and operate under the assumption that our rights under the Constitution are God given and can never be taken away. That is a false and dangerous assumption.

We must speak out when we disagree with what our government is doing or at some point we will no longer be able to speak out because we are afraid to do so or because our government won't allow it.
