I think it's time there was a service that allowed members of the public to send in pictures or videos of idiotic driving/parking etc to the law enforcers, who would have a legal duty to act on what they received.

You are right. Instead I will write a letter to the newspaper. Maybe some people will see themselves when they read it.

Your second idea sounds good to me and, thanks, Kate is back to her old self. Last night she woke me up in the night to feed her. A dog gets kind of hungry when she hasn't eaten for three days.
