Do you think that's an age thing though? I feel that it's more of a quality thing. Years ago, bras used to fit and support rather than create artifical cleavage by being unnatural shapes and full of gel or weirdly distributed padding.
What were once good quality bras from good quality manufacturers are now made to such a cheap price that they don't last and don't feel comfortable.
I also think they have changed cup sizes - and not just becuase I have changed size!

Those are all great points. I think you are right. Those Wal-Mart type prices are because stuff is being made out of lower quality materials these days. I wish people would see that they are not getting quality at a lower price but cheap stuff at a price that is comparable to what they are receiving.

Yes, I admit, those boy cut things are not my cup of tea and I too am wearing better (and bigger) bra's. I was wearing the wrong size for years and didn't know it. Ok, and I am bigger all over, which I 'm ok with.
I love you blog, Colleen!

Well ... even though it took an awfully "practical" turn, you had me at "underwear." See how easy it is to get men readers??

I wear inexpensive undies and mid-priced bras. Never saw much point in the very expensive ones. But it is getting harder to find even mid-range ones that fit well.
