Did anyone make an American Flag out of sour cream, blueberries for the stars, strawberries for the stripes and then dust it with brown sugar and enter the contest in the Flag Made Out of Food division?
p.s.
Your chile was green chili, chili.
Can you please share with everyone how that differs from what most people know about chili?
p.p.s. I had 3 bowls! It WAS the best!!

Oh, and green chile is made with green chilies and pork while regular chile con carne is made with beans and beef.

Um, one small correction.
It was a Throwdown.
Not a Smackdown.
Throwdown idea was stolen from The Food Network show with Bobby Flay.
Maybe we will have a Smackdown party when we get some mats and headgear for the guests.

Ok, will note that it is a Throwdown not a Smackdown.
