Hurricane Gustav has pushed the political news off the television. Thank God Gustav dropped to a Category 2 storm before hitting land and that most of the coast area affected had been evacuated.

I for one was insulted buy the choice McCain made. Did he think that he would get Hillary's votes because Palin is a woman? Sheesh.
And shame on Palin, or is she really that dim that she thinks she is really qualified for the oval office and doesn't realized she is being played?

If she were VP and McCain bought the farm, we would be seriously screwed.
