Can't agree with number 1. It leaves the rich richer than before and the poor poorer.
And "Universal health care structured so more focus is put on prevent medicine." Preventative medicine is much worse in this country than in yours. Don't beleive that universal healthcare does any mroe than patch people up and spit them out. Only today I heard tell of a 57 year old who had a minor heart attack 2 years ago, was never properly investigated and died this week of heart disease... Shouldn't that have been spotted 2 years ago?
I like 1-9 but #10 worries me. Don't I have a right to not vote if I don't want to or can't for some reason without being punished?
And what about the people who don't care OR know? They will just pick at random, or maybe figure a way to "sell" their vote.
No, I think if you don't care, don't vote. Let the people who are paying attention to the issues use their brain and vote. I would hate to see a bunch of random votes start shaping our politics.
BW-With the way tax laws are written many of the rich do not pay taxes at all. My 10% across the board will bring in more money. Of course people under a certain income level will not be required to pay any taxes; just the way it is set up under current laws.

You don't think that doesn't happen now? When less than 30% of the voting population is deciding how this country should be run then something drastic must be done to correct that situation.
